The standard inclusions are unusual for the price band, and they matter more to a shade job than they look. A buyer who has already accepted connected devices is usually a buyer who wants motorized shades on the course elevation, and the connection is already paid for. Lot size isn't published for Cardinal Pointe, though golf course ranch homesites are sold as a separate lot type, so the frontage question gets answered on site rather than from a plat.

The shapes are plain Pulte production: rectangular units, a rear slider, sometimes an entry transom, and no arched or palladian heads, which fits Whitestown generally since 70 percent of the town went up after 2010 and production elevations had moved on by then. What's distinctive here is proportion. The ranch plans favor wide, low openings onto the course rather than tall stacks, and that flips the usual roller math. Lutron's caution about larger light gaps applies to shades 120 inches and taller or at a 4 to 1 height to width ratio, and a Cardinal Pointe ranch opening isn't close to either threshold.

Width brings its own issues instead. Cardinal Pointe sits on South Wolfe Road on Whitestown's southwest side, less than a mile from I-65, about five minutes from downtown Whitestown and twenty five from downtown Indianapolis. Its neighbors are the Golf Club of Indiana, over 175 acres with 15 water holes, championship tees past 7,000 yards and an academy with heated indoor bays and a putting green, plus Traders Point Christian Church next door and a private community pool inside the community itself. Directly south is the 170.5-acre Cardinal Estates rezone, and a Whitestown planning staff report names Cardinal Pointe, the golf course and Ellis Acres as the developments driving that corridor. Schools are Perry Worth Elementary, Lebanon Middle School and Lebanon Senior High School.
